ITM Methodology consists of four precisely defined but tightly integrated modules:

Planning is essential phase of the project. All aspects of design and execution phase are analyzed in great detail: including engineering, legal aspects and schedule. Detail Project Plans is key output of this phase.

Design may be produced by Interkom Group Design Team or already delivered. In any case all aspects of design document are reviewed and approved by the Management Team.

Execution is based on detail project plan. Management Team reviews the project report during daily status meeting. 24x7 escalation process is put in place to deal with any potential deviations of project plan that could impact Miles Stone.

Support phase provides a comfort to our Clients. Just in case of need telephone hot line is open to provide support. Because of our strict quality control we are able to offer extended support time.
